The Venice Film Festival is starting in two days and for the second time in a row fanheart3 joins it with a collateral award.
Dedicated to fan culture, fanheart3 awards will celebrate movies and immersive experiences at Venezia77 that can potentially impact fan communities and the production of fanworks.
Twelve the films in competition, and eleven the immersive experiences that will compete for three different awards:
Golden Clip for best movie
To the film that has the highest potential to become a cult movie among fans
Silver Ship for best OTP
To the couple of characters (actual or potential) that is most interesting for the narrative dynamics that characterize their interactions.
VR fan experience
To the work in virtual reality closer to fan culture’s themes and contents
In 2019 fanheart3 adopted three Italian beehives to the name of the winning productions through the beautiful initiative of 3Bee.
In 2020 the ethical approach for prizes is confirmed, but this time the adoption will regard fruit trees from Italian company Biorfarm. To know more about their “farm to table” approach and to support their activities for Italian local agriculture, visit their official website:
